We had a fantastic week at this family resort! The amenities were impressive, with multiple pools and a great kids' club, making it perfect for family holidays. The breakfast variety was excellent, and the staff were generally friendly. However, not everything was perfect, as some areas, particularly the dining experience, could improve in quality and cleanliness.

The family room was spacious and neat, but it had a bad smell from the bathroom, and we missed having a view. Also, being on the upper floor with an uncovered balcony meant we baked in the sun all day. Rating: 7/10

The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, and they did their best to accommodate our needs, such as providing us with amenities for our children. Rating: 8/10
